These terms cover using this website and sending us an application. They are not our management agreement — that's a separate document you'd sign before we work together.
Who you're dealing with
This website is operated by Theeliteelevationmgmt Ltd, trading as Elite Elevation MGMT, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17240106, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. "We", "us" and "our" mean that company.
By using this site or submitting an application, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.
What this site is
This site describes a management service for established content creators. Everything on it is general information about what we do. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract between us.
Applying
Submitting the application form does not create any agreement between us, does not oblige us to work with you, and does not oblige you to work with us. We review applications and decide at our discretion whether to take a conversation further. We're under no obligation to explain a decision.
If we do go ahead, the relationship is governed entirely by a separate written management agreement signed by both of us. Where anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins.
Who can apply
The application form is for content creators who are aged 21 or over and based in the United States. Please don't apply if that isn't you. We're not recruiting staff through this site — applications for chatter, VA or setter roles are not accepted here.
You agree that everything you tell us in the form is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that any account or page you refer to is one you own or are authorised to represent.
What we don't promise
No earnings guarantee. Nothing on this site is a promise, projection or guarantee of what you will earn. Results depend on your platform, your audience, your content and your consistency, and those are outside our control.
Nothing on this site is financial, tax or legal advice. If you need advice of that kind, speak to someone qualified to give it.
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Your information
How we handle the information you give us is set out in our Privacy Notice. The short version: two people see it, we use it only to assess your application and to call or text you back, we don't add you to any marketing list, and we delete it after 12 months.
Third-party services
Our application form is provided by Typeform and is embedded in this site. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and we use Meta's advertising tools for measurement. Applications are passed into our own CRM, which is hosted on Vercel. Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for their services. Any links from this site to other sites are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement.
Our content
The text, design, layout and branding on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may read and share the pages, but please don't copy, reproduce or reuse the content for your own commercial purposes without asking first.
Acceptable use
Please don't use this site to submit false or misleading information, submit anything unlawful or someone else's personal details without their permission, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, or interfere with how it works for other people.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we're not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from anything you relied on here.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
