Privacy Notice
This explains what we collect when you apply, why we collect it, who can see it and how long we keep it. It's written to be read, not to be skipped.
Who we are
Elite Elevation MGMT is a trading name of Theeliteelevationmgmt Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17240106, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom.
We are the data controller for the information described here. If you want to ask us anything about it, or exercise any of the rights below, email hello@eliteelevationmgmt.com.
What we collect when you apply
Our application form asks for:
- Your first and last name
- Your phone number
- Your Instagram handle or handles
- Which platform you create on, and your creator page link or handle
- Your current monthly earnings, as a band, in US dollars
- Whether you currently work with a team or agency
- What you tell us is holding you back — a free-text answer, so this contains whatever you choose to write
- Confirmation that you're based in the United States and aged 21 or over
We do not ask for your date of birth, your address, any government ID, or any banking or payment details at the application stage.
What we collect automatically
Our site runs the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API so we can measure which of our adverts lead to applications. Through these, Meta receives your IP address, information about your device and browser, which of our pages you visited, and advertising identifiers associated with your browser or Meta account.
If you arrive from one of our adverts, the link carries campaign tags (utm_source, utm_campaign) and a Meta click identifier (fbclid), which are passed through with your application so we know which advert it came from.
We do not send your form answers to Meta — not your earnings band, not your page, not anything you write in the free-text question. Meta's automatic advanced matching is switched on for our account, which means that where contact details such as a name or phone number appear on one of our pages, the pixel may send Meta a hashed (scrambled) version of them so it can match the visit to a Meta account. Our application form is hosted by Typeform in a separate frame, so in normal use the pixel cannot read what you type into it.
You can limit this tracking through your browser's cookie settings, your device's ad-tracking settings, or your Meta ad preferences. Doing so won't affect your application.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
| What for | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Reviewing your application and deciding whether we're a fit | Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract |
| Calling or texting you back about your application | Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract |
| Measuring which adverts produce applications | Our legitimate interest in understanding whether our advertising works |
We do not add applicants to a mailing list and we do not send marketing emails. Follow-up is a phone call or a text to the number you give us.
Who can see it
When you apply, your answers are sent to two places at once: our own CRM at app.eliteelevationmgmt.com, where we review and track applications, and a private Discord channel we use for notifications. Inside our company, exactly two people can see applications: the founder and the person who handles applicant follow-up. Nobody else on our team has access, and we do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.
Five service providers process information on our behalf:
| Provider | What they do |
|---|---|
| Typeform | Hosts the application form and stores your responses |
| Cloudflare | Hosts this website and delivers its pages |
| Vercel | Hosts our internal CRM at app.eliteelevationmgmt.com, where your application is stored and worked on |
| Discord | Receives a notification of each application in a private channel only the two of us can see |
| Meta (Facebook / Instagram) | Serves our adverts and measures their performance |
We may also disclose information if we're legally required to — for example in response to a valid request from a regulator, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Where it's stored
We're a UK company, and the providers above store data on servers in the United States and elsewhere. That means your information is transferred outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we rely on the transfer safeguards those providers have in place under their own terms.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months from the date you apply. After that we delete your application from our CRM, from Typeform and from our Discord channel.
If we don't take you on, we don't keep you on a list and we won't contact you again. If you want to be considered later, apply again — we'd rather you came back to us than have us sitting on your details indefinitely.
If you become a client, we'll keep the information needed to run that relationship, and records we're required to retain for tax and accounting purposes, for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete it
- Restrict or object to how we use it
- Provide it in a portable format
Email hello@eliteelevationmgmt.com and we'll deal with it. There's no charge, and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or by calling 0303 123 1113. We'd rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
If you're a resident of California or another US state with its own privacy law, you may also have rights to know what we've collected, to have it deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don't sell or share personal information as those laws define it. Use the same email address and we'll handle your request the same way.
Children
Our services are for creators aged 21 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. This notice was last updated on 14 September 2026.
